Curl Talk is a different type of salon, as we only work with naturally curly hair. If your hair is damaged through heat, colour, relaxer or neglect, you may not see instant results and may need several appointments before achieving your hair goals. We will do all we can to help you transition to healthy hair.
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, so if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service at Curl Talk, please let us know within 48hours of your service and we will be happy to remedy. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. No exceptions.
Children are very welcome at Curl Talk but if it becomes stressful at any point, we may have to stop the appointment. We would only want you and them to have a positive experience with us.
Due to the nature of natural hair and each client's curl's needs being unique, we may occasionally run over. Please bear this in mind and your understanding is much appreciated.
Please arrive for your appointment 5 minute's before your appointment time.
If you arrive more then 10 minute's late, you may not be seen on the day and may have to book back in via the website.
At Curl talk we always do our best to accommodate everyone and will let you know if we are able to fit you in on the day, you may be asked to wait and there will be an additional late charge fee of £20, this is at the discretion of the stylist.
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Deposits can be transferred if you give 48hours notice.
Cancellations made within 48hours or less will lose the deposit and may be asked for the full remaining balance if the appointment can not be filled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask you do this 48hours before the appointment time.
we are a small salon and do not have a big waiting area so can not accommodate big groups.
